Review of Open Season (1974) by Jessica L — 28 Jul 2012
Not very impressive. It's average, formulaic, predictable, and only mildly humorous. The voice acting isn't anything to be excited over either. The plot itself is not innately horrible as it does have some potential (that the film ocassionally takes advantage of) but unfortuntely the movie is just too bland to be anything special.
The animation graphics are dated considering that in 2006 we had -much- better looking films from DreamWorks and Pixar. This appeared cheap and quickly thrown together.
