Review of Open Grave (2013) by Lynn N — 25 Jul 2014
Good effort by the cast and crew of this indy film that was financially supported by many individuals (per the credits I saw). Sharlto Copley plays Jonah, a man that wakes up and finds himself in a pit surrounded by dead bodies.
He is trying to figure out how he got there and most important, who is he. Once he is able to exit the pit he finds a home with several strangers that suffer from memory loss. As the film continues some painful truths will be revealed but time is not on their side.
The critics did not like this one and I think it was average but nothing to rave about. I surmise that soon it will be available on Netflix instant streaming.
