Review of Onward (2020) by Dubeau — 22 Mar 2020
Onward was a more predictable movie from Pixar. The story is bit slow to start. I like that they kind of mix modern versus fantasies worlds. Doesn't always work well. The action is very good in my book.
And the ending is very touching. I am not entirely sure that this is for children. It more for young adults. In that sens some elements of humor and reference are aimed to an older generation, who played D&D.
I give it 72%.
