Review of Only the Brave (2017) by Yosemite — 23 Oct 2017
The intent of the film maker is to tell a story about brave men who perform a dangerous but necessary job. And for the most part, it succeeds. Its a little rah-rah in part, a little excessively macho in part and there are lines spoken that are straight cliches.
If you can deal with that, its a good story with good acting, nice casting and picturesque scenery. I missed the actual story so was taken aback by the ending. I had a tear or two.
