Only Lovers Left Alive, how about what the hell happened to vampires these days??
With this movie and the G rated "Afflicted", I doubt there will ever be vampire fantasies again.
The 21st century has provided an array of depressed insomniacs, morally infused and lacking the intense, blood driven instinct. In otherwords, emo hipsters, to be passed off as vampires.
No thank you, I prefer Gary Oldman as The Count or Colin Farell as the quintessential night stalker.
Only lovers survive gets 2 stars out of 5.
Besides the Jack White reference, this movie is an utter disappointment.
