It has a great mood, and the performances are amazing - Tilda Swinton's especially. It's worth watching for them alone. However, the plot is flimsy at best, and at 2 hours, one is left wishing for more actual substance and for things to go somewhere. Not to mention that guns hung in the first act really should fire in the third.
