Taking a very gimmicky premise and turning it into something incredibly offbeat and idiosyncratic, "Only Lovers Left Alive" is a unique film that moves slowly but stays with you. I know that it has a lasting effect because I saw "Under the Skin" right after it but I can still remember it.
