Don't see Only Lovers Left Alive because it's a vampire movie. See it because Tom Hiddleston and Tilda Swinton are fantastic, and it has the best soundtrack of the year. It's probably the hardest movie of the year to recommend - it's unlike any vampire movie out there, but definitely worth a try.
