Review of Only God Forgives (2013) by Lannistergold — 20 Jul 2013

I am honestly shocked that this movie was almost unilaterally slammed by critics. I read the screenplay and I thought it was a great story w incredible potential, not to mention that drive is among my favorite movies of the last decade.

having read most of the early reviews I went into the movie expecting it to suck. not the case. maybe I loved it because I read the screenplay and had a little more backstory to work with. whatever the case, I thought it was awesome.
