I can't believe I just paid to watch this. Dreadful. Good acting by the Thai cast. Nice photography. But my heavens. It's the worst kind of independent film. I would be interested to see reviews internationally as it is a Danish/French/Thai production.
But this New Yorker feels like it's more like a certain kind of pretentious modern dance performance or piece of performance art. It is not a movie. It is a series of poses. Kristen Scott Thomas is dreadful.
