Review of Only Angels Have Wings (1939) by Tina S — 21 Feb 2010
Enjoyable Cary Grant film that will delight fans of vintage planes and banana boatss. Contains more realistic Spanish dialogue than in many other films of that period. For fans of Sully Sullenberger, don't miss the bird through the windshield/ in the engine scene.
Enough bar fights and flying sequences to keep most guys marginally satisfied, but really more of a chick flick at heart.
