Right off the bat I love the setting and the atmosphere of the movie. Beautiful port of call location. Reminds me a lot of Casablanca, one of my favorite movies. I love the parrots in the bar room.

The aerial shots were amazing. They definitely put a smile on my face seeing how close to the canyon and to the ground those planes were flying. Pretty dangerous stuff.

On a prettier note, how about that Rita Hayworth? Jesus Christ, what a stone cold fox. She really is something else, a sight for sore eyes.

The movie has it's moments of genuine comedy and laughter which I found appealing. Napoleon the donkey was so random but the nonetheless very charming and funny. The chemistry between actors seems very genuine at times and it makes for a pleasant watch.

The mood of the movie completely changes towards the end, it took me by surprise. There's a very important message I took away from this movie especially towards the end. And it's that it's better for a person to die, because that way, you grieve and you get on with life. As oppose to having someone survive a near death experience and have them live the rest of their life in agony or in pain.

Overall, wonderful movie with terrific acting and a very interesting storyline, made a lasting impression on me.
