(1939) Only Angels Have Wings.
I'm not going to submit a synopsis for this film except that if you're in the mood to watch a well made DRAMA with a dash of adventure, this movie would be the one to watch.
Upon seeing this film especially from what I saw on the beginning for the very first time is like being punched on the face but as I kept watching this film, everything tends to come together extremely well with a very satisfying conclusion since all the questions I had asked had all been answered. Some may find the beginning of this film hard to accept because of it's hard stance on humanity, but as the film progresses, the viewer tends to understand why Geoff Carter played by Cary Grant as well as others act the way that they did. I must say this film looks so much better with each repeated viewings that even though I know how the film ended, the interactions as well as the reactions among each other is the best I had ever seen on screen.
4/4 Masterpiece.
