Remember how awesome Ong Bak was? Now take everything that made Ong Bak awesome out of it. The plot is irrelevant to the first film and doesn't make much sense. The fights, while well-choreographed like the exciting elements of the prior film.
There is not a single flying knee in this whole movie. Not. even. one. No legs on fire, no jumping over cars... no dialogue that actually tells the audience what's going on in the movie. Tony Jaa should stick to what he does best.
.. jumping out of helicopters and landing on people's faces with his knee. Leave the writing and directing to, well... people who are writers and directors.
