Review of Ong Bak 2 (2008) by Brad S — 13 Nov 2011

Let's start by saying that this film has absolutely nothing to do with the original. Now, on it's own merits, it's a pretty good martial arts/action flick.

Tony Jaa as usual does his own stunts and there are amazing, one centre piece is when he runs/jumps along the backs of stampeding elephants, not very forgiving if he makes a mistake.

The story isn't great, but I guess you don't see a movie like this for story...so let me just say the action set pieces definitely make it worth seeing!
