Review of One Night with the King (2006) by Lin W — 11 Feb 2008

I really enjoyed this movie.. but I am a romantic at heart. :) Also, the story's very familiar to me, so it was nice to see a bit of romanticizing/dramatisation. Wonderful sets, fantastic cast (especially Tiffany Dupont and Luke Goss).

.. what can I say about veterans John Rhys-Davies and Omar Shariff.. they lend a lot of weighty screen-presence. Some of the filming was a bit amateurish, but I still enjoyed the movie thoroughly. Again, that's probably coz I grew up listening to the story of Esther.
