Blatant Coen rip-off and not even a good one. This was a time where I valued my DVR. I often record movies I never got to see in the past and sometimes, am thankful I only wasted DVR space on them. This was pretty much a turd but not thoroughly unwatchable.
.. When the best thing about a flick is Andrew "Dice" Clay, we're not talkin' cinematic triumph here.
