One More Time is a rather pointless and drab character drama that just meanders about aimlessly. The story follows a washed up musician who plans a comeback and tries to reconnect with his estranged youngest daughter who he pushes to launch her own musical career.
Amber Heard and Christopher Walken lead the cast and have good chemistry together, but they're given very little to work with. The music however, is well-done and the comedy delivers some clever satire.
Yet despite the strong cast, One More Time is a lackluster film without much of a story.
