Review of One Missed Call (2003) by Alexander H — 25 Jun 2007

This isn't so much its own movie, but a patchwork of about a dozen other familiar j-horror films (The Ring, The Grudge, Dark Water, etc.). As a stand-alone film this provides a couple creepy moments to suit its so-so plot, but once you acknowledge the obvious influences it's a matter of comparing 'One Missed Call' to all of its predecessors, and it doesn't compare very well.
