Review of One Missed Call (2003) by Dave W — 27 Jul 2008
Wayyyyyyyyy.... Better than it's American counterpart (One Missed Call). The American version slayed it and does it no justice even by a sliver. So glad I decided to check the original version. Takashi Miike does not let down and like his previous works, he creates a viable piece of work from an idea that seems ludicrous.
Acting is the best by far for any Japanese film and will have you on edge in many a scene. Check this film out and skip the U.S. remake at all cost.
