Review of One Million Years B.C. (1966) by Corey N — 23 May 2010
This is a cult classic movie. Basic plot is about a caveman and cavewoman that are banished from their tribe and must survive out in the harsh world of dinosaurs. Famous animator Ray Harryhausen made the film come alive with his stop motion of the dinosaurs.
Sadly this F/X and film does not hold up to todays F/X. I enjoyed this as a kid. Dinosaurs, cavemen and Raquel Welch in a fur bikini. But after seeing in again years later I must say it does not hold the same appeal as it did then.
Well maybe Raquel Welch in this was still fun to watch. Even though this film has aged it still is a classic.
