This is a great animated film, I enjoyed in spite of my intense dislike of dogs as creatures. The characters all work on their own, and not like Lady and the Tramp where I felt like you had to like dogs to like that movie.
The Colonel, the Captain, and Sgt. Tibbs are the best characters here. Cruella DeVille is a great villain. The animation isn't Disney's best effort, but there are still moments that shine.
