Maybe the message was too "deep" for a simpleton like me to understand. Maybe I blinked and something remarkable happened in that very millisecond to justify the acclaim this movie gets. I don't know.
All I know is that this was an incredibly dull, sad, and pointless film. Is it wrong that I want to be entertained? I somehow don't find a hospital room with a bunch of barely-coherent lunatics to be entertaining.
