Review of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975) by Adam C — 30 Jun 2013
You would be hard pressed to find something inherently wrong with this film, save for maybe the myriad of social commentary, but the deftness with which it conveys and illustrates those themes far surpasses any danger of the film becoming muddled.
Aside from that, a riveting and ultimately dark story, bolstered by a career making performance by Jack Nicholson, as well as equally devoted performances from the rest of the cast, add up to make "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" a true masterpiece of American cinema, and possibly my favorite film of all time.
