The real star of this film is New York City. But the leads are fine too. Gentle romantic comedy, with not a great deal of either romance OR comedy. Pfeiffer delivers a nice monologue towards the end that's as much a fantasy for professional working mothers as superhero films are for geeks.
But she delivers it well.
