Review of One Direction: This Is Us (2013) by Rebecca L — 30 Aug 2013
Considering I'm a huge One Direction fan, I was quite excited. Mostly in documentaries, they go more in depth about the person or problem that is being at hand. In this documentary, it was something I already knew about- nothing new.
I felt as if the directing was horrible, considering the fact that the moments or milestones were never in chronological order. I felt as if they kept repeating the same stuff, "We're just ordinary boys", "I wonder if people would still like me minus the fame", and "I don't like being called famous.
" I felt as throughout this whole documentary, it was a concert and not about their main lives. In addition, it seemed as if the boys schedule was packed, so they didn't have time to film at all.
In my opinion, they should of filmed for a long period of time to get better content. Seeing Justin Bieber's (who I don't even like) and Katy Perry's documentaries, were much better. I felt as if the documentary could of had some improvements.
