Review of One Day in Europe (2005) by Pedro P — 14 Jan 2008
Four different stories, four different cases of theft set in four different european cities: Moscow, Istanbul, Santiago de Compostela and Berlin during a Champions' League final between Galatasaray (Turkey) and Deportivo de La Coruña (Spain).
The film is full of quirky characters and amusing moments that come from the misunderstandings that cross-cultural communication often provides. Another highly clever, but much more colorful and light-hearted film from Turkey's cinematography and a must-see for any european citizen and football fan.
