Really enjoyed this one, despite it looking deadly on paper, and my hate-hate relationship with BGT and X-Factor! The leads are charming, highly likeable and not too cloying, and the plot not too painful given that we know the outcome.
.. A light, but enjoyable feel-good Brit-com. And the sentimentality was laid on in spades, but I fell victim!
