Enchantment vs. Reality -- Neil Jordan has once again brought his unique vision to the screen. Everything is not what it would seem but is ever. A quiet but layered performance by Colin Farrel countered by Alison Barry's naive yet worldly wise performance as his daughter.
These two were the core of the movie for me. This is not a Hollywood formula film. It was quirks and bobbles and never loses your interest.
