Review of Once Upon a Time in the West (1968) by Chase R — 18 May 2010
A perfect film and I do not take that distinction lightly. Amazing and gripping from beginning to end. Charles Bronson and Henry Fonda are amazing from the onset; both playing against type. The score is beautiful and used to the utmost effect.
I can't rave about this movie enough and if you are a fan of westerns or films in general you should check this out because frankly it doesn't get much better than Once Upon a Time in the West.
