5/10 only for a nice picture, OST and good performance of well-known actors. The movie itself strongly lacks plot and development of it, and especially if you are not American (or not a fan of 60-70s), than you will not enjoy watching this film.
Remove word "Tarantino" from the poster and there could be dissappointment.
