Review of Once Upon a Time in Anatolia (2011) by Matt B — 31 Aug 2012
Almost stopped watching about 40 minutes in, but stuck it through and I'm glad I did. Absolutely no action, but the kind of character development that can only come from a 150-minute movie. One scene in particular will keep me thinking for days, at least (the mayor's angelic "afterthought" daughter bringing in light and tea after the power goes out).
