Review of Once Upon a Time in America (1984) by Michael A — 29 May 2009
Every single aspect of filmmaking is amazing in Once Upon a Time In America...It's one of the most beautifully shot films I've ever seen, the acting is top-notch, the music is great (as always with Morricone), and it's an epic gangster story of friendship, loyalties, honor...
Apart from some useless sex scenes and references, it is a flawless drama and a movie experience that leaves you thinking for a long time, never to be forgotten.
