The 229 running time of mysterious and melodramatic flashbacks will keep you awake waiting for that something..but this supposedly-good something disappoints. Once a Upon a Time in America succeeds in its storytelling but left us with a not-so-good happily-ever-after.
Emotionally-lingering. Visually striking. Well-acted pieces.
