Beautiful in its simplicity and heart warming in its story. Though lack of a traditionally structured plot has thrown many off this film I enjoyed the casual movement of the film from one day to another, accompanied by some beautiful and emotive songs, glancing at a snippet of these two character's lives.
I also loved the sly and unexpected humour I found in this film. Wonderful, natural and realistic performances from Marketa Irglova and Glen Hansard and overall a thoroughly original, refreshing, enjoyable and wonderful film.
