Review of Once (2007) by Jason C — 07 May 2016

This little gem of a film features beautiful music, a touching plot and two super central performances. The very natural feel of the film helps enormously, although I personally did not care for the style of camera work, since it distracted from rather than added to what the actors were doing.

The burgeoning relationship between the two leads has all the false starts, hang-ups and issues as real life. You may not think you would enjoy this based on its premise but I would suggest anyone to give it a try.
