A good effort, but falls far short of the book. Dean is not nearly as crazy as he was, and Sal looks creepy and his voice over is awful, more Jack Nicholson than Jack Kerouac! Viggo ruled as Old Bull Lee as did Amy Adams as his wife! And the rest of the cast is good too! BeUtifull cinematography too! A good effort, but read the book first, and often!
