Review of On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1969) by Hans M — 24 Nov 2008
I'd heard some people call this the best Bond movie, and maybe if it'd had Connery in it that'd be true. Lazenby was horrible as Bond. Zero charisma. And frankly Telly Savalas was more menacing in the Dirty Dozen.
Some of the action was good, but that's about as much enthusiasm I can generate. (SPOILER--->) And the end was a surprising downer.
