Review of On Golden Pond (1981) by Thomas P — 31 Jan 2009
Wonderful, rich film experience. Syrupy, yes. But wonderful none the less, Fonda senior is perfectly brittle and witty, Hepburn is endlessly watchable and lovable and Jane Fonda is an affecting, emotional open wound, considering the real life hurt between her and her father.
Very definately worth a watch!
