Review of On Deadly Ground (1994) by Hans M — 21 Nov 2008
Ooh, maybe Steven Seagal can direct as well as act? You think? Well, prepare for disappointment. Set on an oil rig where a bad gut is planning on destroying the workers, this action flick doesn't really ever get off the rig and do anything interesting.
Michael Caine seems to be bored in this role, getting his paycheck. He did do some mean stuff though, causing at least some hyper people to jump up in the movie and shout at him, but Seagal was just himself.
..again.
