Review of Omkara (2006) by Avnish N — 12 Jun 2007
An adaptation of Shakespeare's Othello. This movie is so well done that all though it is a bollywood film, I used a hollywood scale. Great acting, notably Saif Ali Khan as Langda, and beautiful visuals of rural Uttar Pardesh.
Bharadwaj has made an excellent film and maintains his position as one of Bollywood's great directors.
