A B movie with an A-list cast of actors, they put in a yeomen-like effort but can't salvage the overly generic dialogue and plot. I love action, and that was done reasonably well without being anything special.
As some have noted it's kinda like an old-school 80's action film with Gerald Butler standing in for Chuck Norris.
