I fully went into this with "how bad is it going to be?" but came out quite surprised. Top level actors provide a believable storyline and the un-shying away from graphic violence (sadly mostly cgi) was a nice change from the standard.
..or maybe it is the standard now? Alas, worth watching and making your own judgement.
