Exudes a 1980's action film....yes one of those that we thought Hollywood has long left behind in the history books of tacky. The overall film is so over the top cheesy, It has the writing quality of a straight to DVD/cable channel feel to it.
A likable cast in a non believable scenario & poor acting all around.
