Review of O'Lucky Man (2003) by Jack G — 04 Dec 2009

I need to see this film again. An incredible follow-up to If...., O Lucky Man!'s Mick Travis is a seemingly different creature to the Mick of If....but he's no less an interesting, bizarre character.

Malcolm McDowell is bloody magnificent, and the supporting cast is marvellous in their various multiple roles. The film's surrealism is both fun and disturbing (especially the sheep!) and really makes the film something special.

I definitely, definitely need to see it again!
