Beautifully shot by Roman Polanski, but an awful story-telling of Oliver Twist. It completely removes the sub-plot of Oliver's relationship to the Brownlows, thereby completely defeating the point of the whole story.
If you haven't read the original, don't watch this because it is totally unfaithful.
