A decent enough film that ticks enough of the children's animation boxes with well voiced characters and a fair reworking of Dickens. This doesn't appeal to adults, though, & lacks the humour & emotion of other classic Disney films.
It's probably justified that this average film has been forgotten because Disney have made so many pioneering family films & this doesn't quite fit into that category.
