Review of Oliver & Company (1988) by Rachel A — 06 Apr 2012
For 1988:
A less-than-classic Disney installment but still watchable.
Didnt really leave much of an impact on me but I saw the approach they took trying to modernize the Oliver Twist tale with animals.
The soundtrack is phenomenal which I love.
They really got the look of NYC down lookig all dirty and crowded, too.
And the climax is pretty damn stellar even if they rest of the movie doesnt match the success of previous animated entries.
