I think that this movie, was really slow moving. Um... I think that it sends a message that majority of humans are cruel to animals, which is false. It also sends a message that it is okay to steal, beg, and that being a " bum" in New York is okay.
It shows that you have to find the rythym to survive. That you have to live by the beat or you don't live at all.
