Review of Oldboy (2013) by Maximus F — 20 Feb 2014
Oldboy is a remake of an old Korean film. I have never seen the original but the premise had promise. While parts of the movie are pure genius others are awkwardly bad. The film tries to be several different things and doesn't really pull anything off special.
I will admit that I didn't see the end coming .. and was completely freaked out by it. Weird and creepy ... but worth a watch if you are bored.
